Different users have access to different functions of the site. While anyone can do most things on the site, including reading and editing, Administrators and Bureaucrats can access a few additional functions.
Administrator abilities
An Admins additional functions include:
- Deleting and undeleting pages, page histories, and uploaded files.
- Protecting a page so it cannot be edited or renamed by users without Admin rights or autoconfirmed status (see Protected Page for more details).
- Blocking IP addresses or user names from editing (see Admin Ban Standards for more details on when to ban), and very quick "rollback" of undesirable edits.
- Editing the interface by changing system messages and skins.
Bureaucrat abilities
A Bureaucrat can make other users into Bureaucrats or Admin on their own wiki.
Bureaucrats can also give users the ability to "rollback" edits not made in good faith.
Staff
Wikia staff members have full access to all Wikia. They will be shown in Special:Listusers/staff on any wiki. Please use Special:Contact to contact Wikia staff.
Who are this wiki's Bureaucrats/Admins?
The "Founder" of a wiki, the person who first requested it, is given Admin access automatically. Founders are also given Bureaucrat access so they can make any other user on their wiki an Admin or Bureaucrat. On this wiki, however, ever since the adoption made by Netherbolt, the original founders (Jmarsh97) Bureaucrat and Admin User Rights have been removed, as well as all other peoples Bureaucrat and Admin User Rights. Jmarsh97 is still recognized as the Founder of this wiki, even though the "Founder Label" has been removed from their user page.

Who were the wiki's original Bureaucrats/Admins?
When someone adopts a wiki, all of the people who previously had user rights will no longer have them, and the adopter will have Bureaucrat and Admin rights. This is a list of former Bureaucrats/Admins.

Becoming a Bureaucrat/Admin
For you to become any of these, someone with Bureaucrat access must make you one. On this wiki, go to "Forum:User Rights Requests" to request Admin or Bureaucrat (or any user right) when an empty seat is available. All votes will take place on the Voting Page. Be sure you also meet the Requirements before requesting.

What can Admins not do?
Admins should not use their Admin powers to settle editing disputes; for example, to lock a page on a version he or she prefers in an editing dispute that isn't vandalism. Admin powers should be used to help keep the wiki clear of vandalism, spam, and users who make malicious edits, but not for simple disagreements between users acting in good faith. Ideally an admin shouldn't be considered "in charge". The ideal admin is just someone who is trusted to have a few extra buttons and to use them for the benefit of the Wikia community.
