This category is for anything that can be created in the Assembler that is (even vaguely) technological. Technology that is "inert" (like a Magnet) is considered a "device" for the purposes of this category, however Biogel is not (even though you can make it from Leaf) nor is Refined_Titanium which is merely a material.
